Textile medium is something that you add to make the paint "textile friendly" ie washable. You can buy it at a craft store. 2 parts paint would be twice as much paint as textile medium ie 2 tablespoons paint to 1tablespoon medium, or 2cups paint to 1 cup medium if you are making lots! Just make sure you mix it well and after it has dried on the shirt, heat set it with a low iron --not too hot or you will scorch the fabric!

Textile medium makes it washable. Two parts to one would be, for example, two teaspoons to one teaspoon mixed together.
