I don't know what you could pursue him legally about anyway. I think you should consider yourself fortunate to be rid of him. Move on with your life. Let him be the new woman's problem. You are one lucky girl and don't even know it!

Acc to Indian Law, Mutual consent divorce can be filed only after 1 yr of marriage. As u apply, it takes minimum 6 months more in court. So shortest way out is still 18 months in total

Yes you can. Problem is that courts hardly change their judgments in divorce cases, other then child support
Of course you need to get the proof that he committed adultery against you. You can't just walk in and make claims.
You need to be able to prove that the child is his.
You said you don't care and your divorce now.
If you don't care why don't you just move on.
I believe you do care and want him to pay for committing his adultery or you just let it go.
You have a lot a people saying no and me saying yes. The only way to know for sure is to call a lawyer and ask.
Good Luck in Life.

No, you cannot get more money for his infidelity now that the divorce is final. Ding, fries done! If you were more alert, you would have realized what was going on a long time ago. Live and learn.

Same thing happened to my mom 12 years ago. She decided to let it go. She said it was just better to look at the bright side of it and just move on. proceeding legally against him, would just be throwing salt over the wound.

Again no you cannot do anything about this situation. Even if you were married when he got this other woman pregnant still there isn't anything you can get out of court by this man.

Pursue what? It's over and done with!! No going back literally or legally. And why would you care? What could be gained?
I would get checked for STDs tho.

Don't sound like he broke any laws. Maybe someday there will be a law against people having affairs. Everything is all about money. Ever notice that?
