I got a bath kit from my best friend. It was pretty, purple, and sparkly, but it was still...soap...

I was really let down and I showed it before I could think. Then I realized that it didn't matter and my best friend's feelings are more important, even if I didn't like the gift.

All the gifts I received, I take it and appreciated it so much whether it was cheap or not really good looking kind of gift, it’s not important in me. The only thing that’s good in giving gifts is that they do remember you that are why they give gifts for you. So appreciate it even it is small thing.

A coathanger, aged 9.

My mother told me to keep my feelings to myself. I think the person who gave it to me was slightly retarded.
