It's totally okay and normal. Just don't go advertising you are doing that otherwise it will raise a few eyebrows. But within your own private space (bedroom/bathroom) it's completely normal behavior.

I know many girls that wouldn't want you to think of them and masturbate--even if you were dating them. This is cultural/spiritual issue of lust. If lust is not bad, then there isn't any harm in it, but that's only if lust isn't wrong.
