i'm trying to flash my bios because i've ruined it. i have the .rom file and awdflash.exe, how do i make a bootable cd from these? i'm running vista 32 bit and i have no floppy drive, just a cd/dvd burner. any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can use a program like Nero to make a bootable DOS CD and just add the ROM file and the flash utility to it.

How did you ruin your BIOS .... if you just went in and made changes ... just set it back to "defaults" and start again .... I don't think you're experienced enough to go about flashing BIOS's and anyways ... if it's a new machine running Vista there probably isn't any BIOS update worth a damn anyway

you should visit the website of the makers of the motherboard. they should have either an application or the correct .bin file that you need. with that you can reflash it in the bios.
