In my opinion, I think it would be Josh Groban's voice. :)

I would have to agree with you. I'm not a fan of songs in other languages (mainly cause I can't understand the words) but I can sit and listen to Josh Groban anytime.

He does have a voice and it is UNIVERSAL to all people, languages and voices that we know or have listened too!
