Here are my main reasons: insomnia, I'm a night owl (have been all my life!), allergies, I have a lot on my mind, I'm missing someone right now, stress and anxiety of all the things I have yet to do. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to sleep, but sometimes I just can't. Usually a massage, music, complete darkness in the room, cool temperature, a soothing conversation, hugs, kisses and some warm cuddling from the one you love helps....
Sweet dreams!

I think those of us with a conscience have difficulty sleeping through the night. How could we not?
Those with no conscience have no sleep disorders.

Probably way too much on their minds. Or stressed out about something, which basically means they have too much going on. Relax, pop in a flick, and make your bed extra comfy.
