I'm sure you do to. Pake is making an astute, though somewhat cynical comment on modern French culture. (there is a lot of civil unrest with the Islamic sector of their culture)
P.S. - Boy, someone out there is a little 'thumbs down' happy today, (need a hug?). Paris is of course the right answer and even that got a thumbs down. Go figure.
