We have not had sex for almost a year and I think he is cheating on me now.

Oh I know it's possible. I've lived with him for years. He works long hours and comes home and sleeps like a log. I can get him aroused and do many things while he is asleep. But is it illegal?

You are a selfish, selfish, selfish woman. If he wants a divorce, having a baby is the WORST possible thing you can do. Not to him, but to that child. How dare you put an innocent person in the middle of your problems. You are not mature enough to be a mother......
Oh yeah. If he wanted to press the issue, it would be rape. The same as if a man had sex with an unconscious woman......

Is it legal? Having sex with someone unable to consent is not legal. It doesn't matter if you are married to them or not. If they can't say no, then it is R*A*P*E. Rape is a felony. SO no it is not legal. He could press charges on you, have you arrested, and then get custody of the child. Which would be the best thing for that child judging by your behavior.

I've never seen a man do this but now I'm kind of curious if maybe I just wasn't being observant enough. I'll have to look next time. I think perhaps the reason I haven't seen it though is that maybe your original assumption is wrong - maybe it's something that only some (not all) men do. Judging from other answers, I guess it's only something that some men do. Anyway, I know when I put my hands down there while sleeping, on a rare occasion, it's usually for a much more innocent reason than one would think -- I'm just keeping my hands warm. Honest, that's the reason. It's warm down there, and hands tend to get cold, so that seems like a good solution to me. :)

Yeah, that's sexual assault. No consent, whether a man or a woman, equals sexual assault. Whether you are married or not doesn't matter. It hasn't mattered since the early eighties for most Western countries.

My question is more how a man could sleep so soundly that he doesn't know he's getting laid.

Edit:
VD is venereal disease. It's a sexually transmitted disease and cause many complications in pregnancy. Like a lot of other STDs, it can cause premature birth, stillbirth, blood infections, and brain damage.

I'd be more worried about syphilis. If you get it, your child will be born with a deformed mouth, tiny little peg-shaped teeth.

Or AIDS, which would be ultimately fatal but for the antibiotic cocktails.

You cannot get pregnant by a man who is asleep lol lmao. You must be joking. You should never try to trap a man if he doesn't want you then move on and find someone that does. You will put your kid in jeapardy because you already know that there are problems in your marriage and it is rather selfish to bring an innocent child into the picture. He has you fooled to believing he is sleeping come on now you cannot be serious lol.

You can have sex with an unconscious man, just as a woman. IT IS CALLED RAPED. It won't do you any good. If he has VD of any kind then you put your self at risk as well as the baby if it works. Why don't you just sit down with him at a counselors if he will go and ask him if he is cheating. Maybe you and he can work this our. If not then you are not preg. and ruin all lives concerned. Good Luck and Many Blessings.

That is called rape. If he isn't sleeping with you he is sleeping with someone else you can bet a million on that. You should have learned the facts of life before you got married:

1. There is no Santa
2. There might be a Bigfoot
3. All men cheat, almost all women cheat
4. Marriage ruins relationships (moving in is the same)
5. Everyone lies (you even lie to yourself)
6. Life is not fair

Good luck and Happy Holidays. Email me
if you want to hear the truth. You can ask me anything.
I don't lie.

Hey there. If he is cheating, best revenge is to conceive the child, seek a divorce, and child support will leave u set. Child will never know and you can still provide it with the love it requires. Also, under marital law, this would not be rape due to the fact that marriage constitutes for sex. If guys can harass their wives for not giving them any sex and make them feel less of a woman for not pleasing their man, then a woman should be able to do the same. Harass him until he gives it up.

Sounds like Rape to me.

"Rape is a form of assault where one individual forces another to have sexual intercourse against that person’s will. Rape is generally considered one of the most serious sex crimes and can be very difficult to prosecute. Sexual violence can also be a war crime under international law. Consent may be absent due to duress arising from the use, or threat, of overwhelming force or violence, or because the subject is incapacitated in some way such as intoxication or being underage. In some cases coercion might also be used to negate consent."

"Most female assailants convicted of raping men are convicted of rape and/or sexual assault."

There are no grounds for it to be illegal. Sounds like you do not communicate enough. As a wife, you have the right to know why he isn't being affectionate toward you. I agree you have a problem but I think your thoughts of going about this in his sleep is very immature. What part of sharing your love for each other would be present? I am seeing it now. He wakes up and says what the heck are you trying to do?

I don't think it's illegal per say, but I do think it's twisted and wrong! A baby won't make your husband faithful to you!
