The movie is called "Shouter".It is not about the haunted house, but it is having ghosts in it .I think it is Japanese movie.The most scariest movie I've ever seen.

The original 'Amityville Horror' - with James Brolin, 'The Changling' - with George C Scott, 'The Entity' (not so much haunted house as haunted person) - with Barbara Hershy, 'The Haunting' (original 1940's version).
I would go with 'The Haunting' though. Genuinely scary stuff, watch with the lights off though!
