I'm having trouble finding out what actuator is needed for the rear wagon door on a 2003 Ford Taurus. Is it the same as any of the other doors?

How hard are these to replace?

You will need to contact your Ford dealer with the make, model and year and which door it is that you need the actuator for. It would be a good idea to write down the VIN number and the production date just in case they ask for it. That is a dealer only part. You will not be able to find it anywhere else except maybe a salvage yard.

*** UPDATE ***
I have recently done some research. Try Advance or Autozone. I have just found out that they are now carrying some replacement actuators, but not many. I have to buy one yesterday and I thought I would give them a try. Most actuators are still a dealer only part.
