I know they ask if you are pregnant when you are divorcing, but that is mainly a formality because in some states it is assumed the child was fathered the baby during the course of the marriage. So if you are pregnant, you won't be able to divorce until after the baby is born, but as far as him having someone else pregnant, There's nothing you can do about that now. Let it go and move on. He apparently has. Holding onto the anger and bitterness isn't going to help you.

I don't know where you live, but in WI. where I am at it doesn't make any difference what either party does during there years together, even if children are conceived outside of that marriage, other than responsibility of child support, this state adapted a policy referred to as no fault divorce, and it sure is not the best solution , everybody gets burned by it. You have to consult an attorney in your state, to see what the law allows for you, there is much more on the no fault issue, but I am no attorney so check it out for yourself !

Forget about it and move on with your life or you are going to drag this on for years and not be able to move on. Count your blessings that you are out of the marriage nightmare and learn your lesson; never get married again. Here are the facts of life you need to know going forward:
1. There is no Santa
2. There might be a Bigfoot
3. All men cheat, almost all women cheat
4. Marriage ruins relationships (moving in is the same)
5. Everyone lies (you even lie to yourself)
6. Life is not fair
Good luck and Happy Holidays. Email me
if you want to hear the truth. You can ask me anything.
I don't lie.

that depends what r u wanting to do about it? if he got something in a divorce settlement that you feel he is not entitled to due to adultery than you can put in a claim to the courts for a wrong-full division due to adultery, ask a lawyer they will know what to fill out. good luck.
p.s. if it is nothing big just leave the past in the past and move on, he is obviously not worth your time, start your new life fresh.

Be done with him unless you have children and he is the father. If that is the case then you have reason to correspond with him. It doesn't matter as one of you didn't want to stay married and apparently that is the reason he is now gone from you.

No, but you should be glad he's out of your life. what a lowlife
bum. He's not worth worrying about, and sooner or later he
will probably cheat on her too. That's what cheaters do!

Nothing you can do about this at all. Just chalk this one up as a mistake and move on with your life.
