Depends - some people consider words like "geez," "golly Gee,", etc as swear words as they are substitutes for the Lord's name, just as "heck" is a sub for Hell. Children have been taught by their parents that "shut up" is cursing, yet they don't mind calling their teacher a "*****" or using other profanities in the classroom (and I teach second graders)!

It depends how proper you want to be. I don't think it's a swear word, but the younger you are the naughtier it seems. It's a little more of a bad word than "stupid" but it's not quite the a-word... you know what I mean? Since you wrote it with the ampersand in the question, I'm guessing you realize that it could offend people, so it could be considered a swear.

Crap is a slang word. Even though it may be a mild curse, many people consider it a swear. You shouldn't use it in polite company as there are plenty of other words in the dictionary which can replace it.

Depends on how it is used. If you say, "I just took a big crap", it is not very good, but if you drop something and say,"Oh crap", it is not so bad. It is one of my favorite words.
