Actually, being a 35 year old natural-born citizen, etc. are EXPRESSED qualifications found in Art. II of the Constitution.

Some IMPLIED qualifications include:
- Extensive public/government experience
- Legal training/experience
- Administrative/executive experience
- Demonstrated good judgment
- Some exposure to foreign relations
- Demonstrated knowledge/respect of history

Although, based on the last 2 elections, 51% of the country disagrees with my list.

Natural born US citizen, 35 or older and have lived in the US for a minimum of 14 years. There are no other requirements.

The candidate for the President must be:

At least 45 years old,
Natural born citizen of the country,
Be able to know how to read and write,
No criminal records, and
A registered voter.
