Could you elaborate a little. Maybe you remember an actor. Knowing which war it was about could be very helpful.

I know there was a spoof movie titled 1941 with John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd.

1941 ???

That's just a date. Comedy set against the backdrop of Pearl Harbour and WW2. Directed by Spielberg.
