Well he's been currently banned under the act of match fixin,he has been given a life ban from the BCCI coz o this act,He did this during the world cup o 1996 or maybe 1999.

He has been punished with lifetime ban due to match fixing.He played matches even after his second marriage and player's personal life has nothing to do with cricket team.
Its totally a matter of player's current form.
