I love it,its not that it hasn't been ruined at one Christmas or another, because it has.For me its the many acts of kindness at this time of year when so many are needy OR depressed or just need a lift of the spirit.I do what I can,I have very little family left and of course its the big dinner and gifts on Christmas day, with my children and grands so its still fun and gifts at our house is aways an adventure, not extravagant,or luxury items. So yes its full of cheer or we try to be,and a Merry Christmas to you too!

I think that the entire system needs to be revamped! I think that there really should be a Santa Claus; but he should not be for children, he should be for the adults who have become so jaded and so depressed with this time of year!
I really kind of resent people who are so full of "Christmas Cheer"; running around telling us darkies to Get Over It and Be Happy. Well Gee, If Only I"D have thought of THAT. There's the answer, Get Over It....
The Reason for the Season has been so far removed it isn't even funny. The only joy that I get from this time of year is an extra day off of work or two.
So Keep all of your stupid smiling faces out of mine and let me just be a Scrooge! It's too much stress and work. If there were a Santa Clause it would be worth it!

I really do love christmas. My family is pretty close and we do get along... most of the time :) Plus my mom's food the greatest, and giving gifts to those I love is even better then receiving gifts...
I love the christmas spirit ... this cheerful loving. It should always be that way. Everybody seems to be in a better mood, more patient and understanding of those they don't even know

I love it, because everyone loves me - honestly!! (I am just one of those likeable people.)
Actually, I am the one who apparantly brings the cheer! Everyone calls me a thousand times - "Where are you? Are you almost here?" I say, "I would already be there if people would stop calling me!"
But I know what you mean - I have dated a person who no one liked and he did not hide his feelings - it was like walking on egg shells!
Smile & be happy!!!!

You need to find out what the problem of not getting along is and try to help correct it. Family is dear as you will find out later in life.
