As a courtesy, he would be the First Gentlemen.
To correct a previous answer, he is currently known as 'former President' Clinton and not 'President' Clinton.

Since there is no precedent I really don't know but I would look at it this way.
We have this thing called political correctness and it goes something like this.
Boys and Girls
Men and Women
Gentlemen and Ladies
and so forth.
Since the wife of a President is the First Lady, I think it would follow that the husband of a President would be the First Gentleman.
With any luck we won't find out with this pair.

Since he's a former President, he would still be called President Clinton, just as we still refer to him now.

that's easy. He'd be called "Mr. President", since, like those whom have gone before him and will come after him, he has earned the title.
