It is a decent gaming rig. It should run many games at medium settings.

You do not need extra fans in that well ventilated PC case. Processor is just a 65 watter and graphics card is just a 30 watter.

everything seems good. But i think u should get an extra 80mm fan for your tower for the fact that u have a dual- core and 2gb. also u shud think of getting a wireless card.
