Landing on Saturn is itself impossible because Saturn has no solid surface. So there would be nowhere to plant crops.

What do you mean, if we had to go to Saturn? A) What's wrong with good ol' Earth? and B) What makes you think it's even remotely possible to survive on Saturn?
