Sounds like a virus to me

Best thing for you to do is restore your computer. Go to Start > All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> System Restore

Then click the date that your computer was working just fine. Then Restore, everything will be back to normal

Either a virus or spyware that is poping up windows while you surf the internet. You should run your virus scan, if you don't have one TrendMicro has an online scan (www.antivirus.com) called house call. Computer Associates also have an oline scan (www.ca.com). Hope it resolves the issue. Also make sure your pop-up blocker is setup, should be under your "tools" menu option for Internet Explorer.

Your question lacks, indepth information. If you think you have a virus, then run your antivirus software that you have installed. Scan your system for viruses.

Then run your antispyware that you have installed. Scan your system for spyware.

If you don't have either one, you can download the free Avast home for personal use. http://www.avast.com

Avast will scan for viruses.

If you have no antispyware you can download the free version for Superanitspyware. Excellent program that finds what all other miss. http://www.superantispyware.com
