I think you pretty much have to BE a ghost, or a zombie at least. And I have a great friend who is a Vampire and he writes great fantasy story's, actually the one he's working on now, is bound to be better than Harry Potter. LOL

Nope.one must be a creative writer and illustrator.knows the right timing in suspense and plolongs the excitement. appropriate words and usage will fright the reader. creativity in thoughts counts!

It depends on if you are writing about.
If you are writing about how you think they don't exist then no.
But if you are writing about how they do exist then yes.
But if your just writing a fictional story than its not necessary but it would help to know alittle about them.
(If you wanna start believing then watch Ghost Hunters on SciFi on Wednesdays at 9: its not on right now but a new season starts in January (i think))

it's good. really creepy. suprising ending.
it was about a writer who wrote about the most spookiest hotels all over.. and he didn't believe in ghosts.. until.. ... ... ..lol.
