WHenever i am on my frends account (she shares it with me) when she logs on my game freezes and i cant chat or anything then i get booted and i wonder if 2 peeps can go on the same account at the same time.

No, you can't. Because Guild Wars doesn't have monthly fees, they make their money by selling account keys. Hence only one copy of an account can be on at the same time.
PS Account sharing is unfortunately against the EUG you approved when you first logged in. Get booted like that too many times and GW might catch on and ban your account for a little while.

No, you can't. Maybe you two should make times to go on, that way you don't overlap. And second it is against the rules for account sharing ://

No you cannot...1 account, 1 player at a time....Account sharing is highly frowned upon too and could get your account suspended....
