Im researching a project on Joe Biden, we have to include what our candidate have done in the past and the consequences of his/her actions?

Say what you will about Wikipedia, but it's often a good place to start. However, there's a caveat: while Wikipedia is often quite good at science, technology, and history, it is not quite as unbiased at current affairs.
