Did you mean glue together two foam pillows to make one twice as long? If so there is a solvent contact cement made for foam joining. You can brush it onto the two edges to join, let it dry for a few minutes, and the press the two glued edges together and hold them in place for a few minutes. Use it in a well-ventilated area because the fresh solvent fumes are bad for breathing.

I have to agree,,, What manner of "Pillow" are you talking about, and how do you define "Welded"?

An articular synthetic welder will work, you would have to find a specialty company under industries in the yellow pages.
