I am married with my husband in malaysia and we both Foriegner in that country..My problem is how to i start to get a divorce when i am here back in my Country and my Ex is Back to his country..And i dont have any contact for him..And we married in Malaysia..Please give me some information about this...

I don't think that you can file for Divorce here in the U.S. because your marriage isn't legally recognized here in the U.S. So, basically you are just walking around a free woman. You can't just file in a certain county because you were not married there. You need to talk to an attorney in the local area where you live right now. I personally know a woman who was from Germany and married an American here in the states. She left him because he was an alcoholic and took herself and her son back to Germany. She never did any paperwork and it was up to her husband to do something back here. She was basically free.

Contact Malyasia government and yours government about divorce procedures. sometime you can do it in your country, but most likely you would have to meet your husband and sign the papers together. BUt for that long of a separation you can prob claim abandonment or something and dissolution the marriage.

you should have some kind off paperwork ,please go to youre loacl courthouse and ask the clerk somebody will help a good advise next time stay in this country
