Wow, it would be really hard... I guess if I trained myself to use another word in it's place I could do it. But I use it a LOT so I wouldn't be able to just stop saying it without getting used to saying a different word.

Probably... but, as it is my favorite adjective/noun/verb; I have NO intention of doing so. }:>
(It took me YEARS to work up the -whatever- to SAY it! No WAY am I giving it up... nothing quite expresses some things as well...)
