I just installed vice city on my ps2. It's a great game on ps2 so i decided to buy it on PC so I could have more fun(modding, custom player, ect)
But when I got to play the game the picture is really crappy. I don't know how to prase this correctly but the graphics from the game are just really screwed up, it looks like an image after you've increased the size, do you know what I mean? If you get what Im saying can you tell me how to fix this problem. I've installed gta3 and have never had this problem. My computer meets requirement(in fact it exceeds it). My video card is a ATI Mobility Radeon 9000(the one that came with my laptop(dell 600m).Help me, all comments and suggestions welcomed.Thanks!

Sounds like your graphics card for your PC isn't very good, or you don't even have one. You may need to buy a better one and crank up the visual settings. A good video card is gonna cost you though, probably 300 is you want the best graphics, I would say its not worth it.

go to your personalize settings on your PC and raise the resolution up all the way or got to the settings on the game
