Animated and JPEG generally don't mix. The JPEG standard doesn't include animation.

There is a Motion-JPEG standard however.

JPG cannot be animated.

To get animated wallpaper you need to download a program from Magentic.com and they have quite a few samples you can download. Subscription will give you more.

JPEGs aren't animated. You need an animated GIF.
