I would put it on ecw so it can be the springboard title to the ecw championship like how raw has the intercontinental title to be the springboard to the wwe championship and how smackdown has the united states title to be the springboard to the world heavyweight championship. Now the person i would have hold it first would be tommy dreamer because he is really the only hardcore wrestler in the wwe today.

I say it should be on ECW, but let anyone from ECW or Smackdown go for the belt. Since they exchange talent anyway the champ could be on either brand. But don't just let 1 person keep the belt for long periods of time like they tend to do with the other titles. Have a new champ every 2-4 weeks.

ECW. I would give it to Tommy Dreamer. He has worked tirelessly to keep ECW on the wrestling map.The wrestlers need some diversity in their brand or some incentive for the wrestlers to entertain the loyal fans.

i would put in for all the brands and the wrestlers could interfear on the other brands to get it
