I wouldn't take him back. He doesn't impress me as a thrower. And as for him trying other positions, I have other guys that can do that and have done it longer than Vick.

What Michael Vick did was wrong...
But if he can still throw the ball and run like he use to when he gets out of jail. I would take him back if i was an NFL coach and needed a QB.
Ray Lewis murdered someone, you don't see anyone saying they wouldn't want him on there team?
So Michael Vick killed some dogs, what he did was stupid and WRONG. But if the guy comes out and apologizes and ends up playing for some team. People will forgive him. He will do good right back in Atlanta again.

Good question because the man has talent especially as a slot receiver and return man. I think his days of playing quarterback are over.
Would I give him a shot? Probably not because using marijuana while out on bail when the judge specifically warned him to stay clean was just so stupid. I mean Vick knew what a tough nut this judge was so why p*ss the guy off. His actions show total lack of character or true remorse. Especially when you consider his sentence would have been lighter if he went along with the program.

I would, because.... my job as a coach in the NFL is to make a championship team. Before Vicks issues he was just another black athlete in the league. He wasn't focused on his game he was too busy living the dream. Now he's had a wake up call. When and if he comes back... he WILL be a force to be reckoned with. He'll be focused and full of fury to prove himself to all the doubters out there. I would take him cause he would become an example player and set some new records.

Michael Vick was over rated as a quarterback, his athletic ability was what stood out,he would never win a game if his team fell behind passing the ball, would probably do better as a receiver or running back, the Falcons were mediocre with him as quarterback

yes and as a QB, or maybe a running back. though come to think of it, by the time he gets out of prison he'll either be a quicker and more elusive running back from dodging bubba and his boys on the way to the toiled on a daily basis, or an amazingly "wide" reciever if they manage to catch him. He was a pretty good QB in the NFL but i dont think he'll be doing the tossing in prison.

Put him in the dog pound in Cleveland after he is a starting QB for the Ravens.

No. He will be deemed more of a financial liability to the team. People will not pay to see him and others may boycott the team. The bad press that would generate would not be worth it.

he's just not that good. he can scramble for yards, but cant throw accurately, makes bad choices, not a leader. he'd never win a playoff game. oh, and the whole dog thing. no hes done, take the money and run.
