The last time I threw up was last year when I had the stomach flu. I live in New England, and to stay healthy I get plenty of rest, exercise, and I do my best to eat well. I also take a multi-vitamin and wash my hands constantly.

Jan 06 when I was in the hospital for a kidney stone.
Missouri.
I have eliminated salt, sugar, butter, processed foods, fast foods and junk foods from my diet and am working on getting rid of diet soda. I'm in the process of adjusting my daily intake of food to what's appropriate for me at the age I'm at now. I try to stay balanced. Quitting a very stressful career and taking some time off has helped as well.

About two weeks ago. My soon-to-be ex-husband started an intimate relationship with a coworker just after separating from me (ten days into it, she stayed over when our kids were there). In a fit of anger over something STUPID, he told me in graphic detail about what they do in the bedroom. I threw up at the thought of it.
I'm in Texas.
Not a whole lot right now, unfortunately. I'm having trouble just getting through the day-to-day stuff, and can't sleep and can't eat much at all right now...
