On November 5, Myisha Ferrell agreed to plead guilty to charges of obstruction of justice and complicity to gross abuse of a corpse for her role in the disappearance and death. She was sentenced to two years in prison, which may be lengthened unless she testifies honestly at the trial of Bobby Cutts.

Cutts - who faces the death penalty if found guilty - will be on trial in Stark County Common Pleas Court starting February 4, 2008.
