Condoleezza Rice and Michael Mukasey are in the Executive Branch. I believe I recognize the rest, except for Dick Cheney, as members of Congress and therefore in the Legislative Branch.

Dick Cheney has recently created some difficulties with assigning the office of the Vice President to a branch. He claimed his office was not covered by a presidential executive order regarding recordkeeping in the Executive Branch, because the V.P. is President of the Senate.

If that argument holds up, it would mean that a V.P. who assumed Presidential powers, even temporarily, would have to resign, because it's illegal to work for more than one branch at the same time.
