The best thing to do is to research the agencies in your area and surrounding areas. Then, send in a resume with your headshot to the agencies. If they are interested, they will write back. If they don't then keep looking and sending ^_^

TheatreDoc is right. Get your parents involved.

One way is to use this method (with your parents' approval) to make contact with agents. The way that you will get them to be really interested in you starts with:
first being prepared as an actor (the craft, the skill, being able to act)
second having a good package: headshot, résumé and cover letter.
third follow up regularly
fourth being prepared for the agent interview: knowing what to expect, how to answer questions, the questions you can expect, questions to ask, having a couple of monologues ready

Have a look at this page link about how to find an agent: http://www.actingcareerstartup.com/find_a_talent_agent.html

In order for an actor under the age of 18 to get an agent, the actor's parents have to be involved. No one under the age of 18 can sign a contract, that's the law.

What are gcse's? It is unlikely that at 16 you are ready for professional work. But if you want me to explore that with you, read my profile and write to me at my aol address where I help people become actors.

Before anything else you have to be of age. Meaning you have to be 18yrs old. But your not so you need to have your parents approval and they have to be present every step of the way until you turn of legal age which is 18yrs old. Other than that you need to go back and concentrate on your school plays. Keep doing it and get into as many plays as you can.

Kill O.J. Simpson, tell the coutrt how he raped you, and fathered your love child, and then cry a lot on the stand. Display a range of emotions, and fake a big O in front of the cameras. That should get you noticed.

Use your computer - look up "Talent Agencies" as a start. There is no one answer. You will have to do most of the work.
