feel bad when you watch the news and see all the violence in the world??

and the only reason we see it all the flippin' time on the news is due to "ratings"
I think the more they show it, the more people are kept scared and depressed
and the more "potentials" and "would-be's" get the idea to become criminals and murders, molesters and so on...
(I don't watch the news *^_^*)

I did...when I was 2 years old. Not now. It is all business as usual, and most of it is entirely preventable, but people do nothing to prevent it. The idiots who survive the floods, hurricanes, etc, will be back to rebuild in the same spots, and get hit by the next hurricane/etc to come along. If they don't care enough about themselves to move to safer areas, why should I care enough about them to feel sorry when they get what they ask for?

Do not watch the news. I think that we should start a petition for a worlwide newspaper of GOOD news :D
An extra tip: as much as you can, only tell people good things that happen to you and encourage them to do the same.. It's the law of attraction and all that, and it puts you in a better mood!

Dictators that will do anything to hang on to power.
Rich moguls that will do anything to become richer.

Yep, sometimes just turn the tv off completely just cuz I'm sick of hearing bad news all the time.

I wont watch the news after dinner anymore.Its very depressing. I watch it in the morning and thats it.
