Many Sci-fi stories and episodes in movies which we thought we won't see in our life time happened and became day to day realities .Common perception is that human being only controls robots so where is such possibility ,but Science unfortunately progressed(?) beyond that.If Artificial Intelligence(A.I.) comes along and becomes successful like in the movie 'Toy soldiers' then we may just as well be witnessing robot rule. The exact stage of its development may not be revealed but we are short sighted enough to go about developing it and if Genome project also goes through then you may have a robot like humanbeing perfect and artificially intelligently -dumb and I don't know what to call that regime and world.

since u have asked a question which is related to psychology and as a student of psychology i would i like to ans ur question.....
whoever u r i think u r not aware that robots once had secured a position higher than man,in india, during the time of early british rule when they emloyed in industries, where men (indian)were employed lower than them (at that time science had made new inventions in mechanical engineering)they were also employed as the maid and servants as they (britishers)believed that indian people were very unhygenic and robots were in every way cleaner than them
slowly they found out that the robots had to instructed in so much detail that the people using them got so frustrated that they got them out of the job........
i had read 1 story that 1 man(richer as only upper classpeople those days could afford) in kolkatta in 19 th century had bought a robot........those were the days of british rule and having robots was in fashion that man when went to buy robot was instructed that if anybody dared to talk in louder voice to him will be given electric shock by the robot bcoz the robot will not bear any kind of injustice........so when the robots master had a guest at home unaware by the fact that robot wud not take any nuisance to himself the guest shouted at the robot and the robot gave him 3000 volt shock that man died since then people themselves banned the use of robot......

so i dont think that robot can ever have a brain like man to rule man,,if it does rule it will rule only for short period of time..
