can any one in the usa open free e-trade account forme,i tried opening one but was not contacted?

i need somebody in the usa to open etrade account for me ,i tried to open one but got no reply,i coud pay for that anywhere and to ship the etrade visa card.thanks

I have an e-trade account. It is free, but you have to deposit a minimum balance. I believe the min. was $2000 when I opened mine.
