Years ago, when i was in tremendous stress, i down 96 litre of ICE-CREAM. I gain NOT a pound. Yummy!!!!!!!!

Great ! We are the same chocolate ! When you are down , you need uppers like chocolate and also drink milk to let you sleep well . Also try some marsmallows , it has some therapeutic effect cause it brings you back to memories of your childhood when life is less complicated than now .Sweet dreams and always know that problems will work out themselves , Problem is static and solution is dynamic , so get off that chair and go get some solution.

If you have food that tastes good, it makes you happy and comfortable. It also distracts you from the stress because you mind and body are doing something else.

Comfort food, like mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, any kind of pasta, carbohydrates and sugar. Cake, cookies, pie & ice cream, all of this makes you feel so good, for a while anyway.

chew on carrots and celery!!...eating in stress is bad cuz its not healthy..plus you'll end up gaining weight
