i do a little bit of both.
sometimes i star after i get best answer.

Sometimes I just answer without starring at all. I don't star everything I answer. I have to think that the question is interesting in order to do that. But when I do star I usually answer first then star.

I star and then answer. Until about 10 minutes ago I was only allowed 10 stars per day so I starred all those questions I couldn't before.
