OMG Tim! LOL What on Earth? What a nightmare ... poor thing!

No, I can't say that's ever happened to me although I am convinced the cats try! lol However, just this week one of my students made me laugh so hard as he told me his cousin who is 14 (and really snotty and a know it all in "his" opinion!) decorated the tree this year because she insisted. About 30 minutes later her parents heard a big crash and found the tree had "crashed".

Turns out the "know it all" cousin had put ALL the ornaments on the FRONT of the tree so its was "front" heavy ... LOLLLLLLLL. That just cracked me up. Especially the way he told it. I kept chuckling all day!

I hope you were able to put it back up without too much repair necessary! Sorry that happened! At least you'll have a funny memory through the years!

Christmas peace to you ...

Yes in that it woke me up. My wife loves a huge tree and each year it was bigger than the last. Well, that particular year the tree was about 14' tall. We have a cathedral ceiling in the main room and there was plenty of room to spare. However, I found out that the tree was too much for our homemade tree stand (i.e., my brother-in law is a welder). It was a mess and then we had brother-in-law build a new stand that you almost busted a nut just to life the darn thing.

Yes, one year my 2 cats climbed mine and I had to put it up 3 times. Finally my hubby tied it to the ceiling.

The CAT did it, at least he was the one responsible for it at our house, all the broken bulbs and scattered tinsel two, that's why my niece named him Goblin because he is one!!
