and instead of me being happy i keep wondering if i really do deserve it or not..and my family just gave it to me for no reason...should i be thankful and just accept it or give it back?

I would be thankful and use it to its fullest extent.

In other words, if it is more powerful than you need, find something that utilizes it's power. Get into video editing or CAD programming.

Ermmm, what the heck? I'd be happy. Unless this was financially murdering your family, I see no reason to be guilty. If it means there'll be no dinner for 2 days then give it back, if they can afford it, what's wrong? It's rude to return a gift. There is some reason why they got you this. Plus, you need a superior laptop to last you years.

give it back and then apologize for whatever it is that you are feeling guilty about.

anyone who gets a gift and feels remorse typically either has low self-esteem or has done some things that they are having a hard time with.

look within, do the right thing and all will be well in the long run.

If you are not nuts then accept it graciously and thank the heck out of them.

You might try making them some greeting cards designed and printed on that computer to show that you enjoy it.

i havent seen too many laptops that wowed me with their performance .. must be good ... i would keep it ..
