Solar energy, which is radiant heat/light energy.
All those others, wind, geothermal, fossil, etc. can be derived from the single source...our Sun. A quick example: coal, which is a fossil fuel to provide energy.
The Sun provides energy for the plants to grow. They die, decay, and become coal under pressure from the ground. Then the growth energy that allowed them to live and survive is in part captured by the decayed matter that becomes coal. And that's in part what we get out of the coal when we burn it.
Wind, too, comes from solar energy. As parts of Earth are heated that creates an energy imbalance between colder and warmer regions of the planet. And that energy imbalance is converted into thermal kinteic energy that drives the air, which we call wind.
Bottom line, all energy can be traced back to solar energy. [There may be an exception, but there is no consensus on it. That exception is in the plant and animal life living around the volcanic riffs deep in the oceans. Some have proposed that these deeply buried living things actually derive their energy from the heat and nutrients (sulfur) produced by the riffs; without the benefit of solar input.]
