You say you want to keep your house - do you already have a mortgage on it? Then just keep paying that one.

If they are foreclosing or you are way behind, or if you are trying to buy a house, then your chances are slim. And don't fall for the "I am Mr. xxxx and ..." emails you'll get here, they are scams.
