Every team strives for perfection. Only one team as done so. The 1972 Dolphins. If it can be achieved once it can be achieved again and again and again. Right now the Patriots are striving for perfection. A quality team does not have losing as an option. Just ask the 72 Dolphins. And if you lose. you get over it.
My feelings are that most would rather see the Pats lose in the playoffs only because they are the Patriots and nothing else. It is pure unadulterated hate against them. Any excuse to hate them. And then they call themselves football fans.
GO PATIOTS.

Assuming the Browns or Bills get the last spot, the Pats will have beaten 4 of the 5 other AFC playoff teams already. Jacksonville is a dangerous team but sports the leagues 27th worse passing defense for yards allowed, thats not a good thing against NE.
Green Bay and Dallas have the 14th and 20th worse pass defense, respectively, and the Pats has already hung a 21 point loss on Dallas on the road. Against these 2 pass happy teams NE counters with the 6th best pass defense.
You can pick against the Pats, but you'll have a lot of trouble actually backing it up.

Yes, I do see the Patriots crashing and burning!!!!!
In fact they will be on the grand stage at the Super Bowl and faulter to the DALLAS COWBOYS!!!! What better way to let the air out of a balloon!!!!!
At least the Cowboys didn't have to CHEAT to get to the Super Bowl!!! I guess raw natural talent is hard to come by these days!!!!!

The only team that has a snow chance in hell is the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Championship Game at Gillette Stadium.

Yes. I assume in the playoffs. I'm not a Colts fan, but I think they would win a rematch especially if Marvin Harrison plays.

I don't see ANYONE beating the Pats...except the Pats, if they sit the starters for the playoffs...but I don't think Belichick will be doing that this time...He's sticking it to the NFL because of spygate, and because he wants the undefeated season...

Ahem...Being a Steelers fan, I want the Patriots not to win the Super Bowl, but that is a BIG hope.
