I have been a supervisor and a manager, and when the person in charge blames his workers for problems, I get really upset.

yes i do, it really depends how a person is talking to me. if they ask me nicely then yes i might do it but if they demand me to do it then i will tell them to kiss my a s s, do it yourself

i reckon i do. other than the law, i find it hard to justify to myself why anyone else should tell me what to do.
