Opps.. I'm sorry, but your so cute I had to trip you, I had to meet you some way. .... It was a line I used to meet a girl a long time ago. I was too shy to ask her you just walking up to her. So I did it to meet her and we are now married.

Um, since I don't make a practice of tripping people for the fun of it, I would say "I'm sorry." and ask if they were ok.

If I tripped you on purpose, I would say, "Awww, too bad you didn't break something."
If I tripped you accidentally, I would say, "Oh, my God! I am so sorry. Is everything all right? I am so embarrassed...please forgive me."
