Because it is Sage Rosenfels.
He is a decent QB but not a 16 game starter. I know he is like 4-0 as a starter this season, but again that is just 4 games against mediocre teams.
There are tons aof decent back-ups in the league and very few great starters.

Probably because you have to be a pretty hardcore fan to even know who the hell he is. (Houston Texans backup QB, I know.) He has looked very good in relief of Schaub this season. He just might get a shot to start on another team next season.
