What does he mean by "HIBERNIA'S LAND" and "STRAND"

Hibernia's land is Ireland, and the strand is the seashore.

Hibernia is a strange disease affecting only men and they can have an operation for it. They can get a"Strandulated Hibernia" which is a well-known complication of the condition.
