No. Breaking wind will only be embarrassing. It breaks into little pieces and hard to clean up. A broom is useless. Only a vacuum cleaner will do the job.
Breaking ice needs someone who is very pedantic and has no social skills. Because only these people will be able to break the ice because they tend to be as "subtle as a sledgehammer"
